GARDEN ROOMS
Entry to the rooms is from our garden with access to the car park. There is a ramp to the rooms and then a small threshold step. These rooms are our largest and will suit people staying for long or short periods. There are also tables and chairs outside the rooms, which is a real sun trap and perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon drink.
Each room has the following:
- Zip-up beds that can be used as either a super-king size double or twin beds
- Flat screen televisions with Freeview
- Free WIFI access
- Tea and Coffee making facilities, including Nespresso Coffee, Dorset Tea and bottled water
- Three rooms have both shower and extra wide bath, whilst the fourth has a walk-in shower
- Wild England toiletries – organic, ethically sourced and eco-friendly.
PUB ROOMS
Situated on the 1st floor, access to these rooms is from quite a steep internal stair case and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. These rooms have real character, with exposed roof beams and window seats.
Each room has the following:
- King size double beds
- Flat screen televisions with Freeview
- Free WIFI access
- Tea and Coffee making facilities, including Nespresso Coffee, Dorset Tea and bottled water
- Two rooms have both shower and extra wide bath, whilst the other two have Japanese style soaking tubs and shower above
- Wild England toiletries – organic, ethically sourced and eco-friendly.

RATES
- £139.00 per room per night
- Single occupancy is £129 per night
- Rates are inclusive of breakfast and VAT and are for either double or twin occupancy.
- Pets are allowed in one of the Garden Rooms and are charged at £15 per pet per night
- Extra mattresses for small children under 10 years are available at £15 per night
